By downloading, installing, or using Stamporia, you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Stamporia lets you catalogue your stamp collection, read stamp details with Smart Scan, organise stamps into albums, keep your collection in sync with iCloud, and design new stamps from your photos. The app is available for iPhone and iPad.
You retain all rights to the photos, collection data and stamps you create with Stamporia. Your content is processed on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, stored in your own iCloud account. We do not claim ownership of any content you create.
Stamporia is free to download. The free version includes up to 30 collection stamps, 2 albums, 5 Smart Scans, 2 Stamp Studio styles and standard-quality export.
Stamporia Premium unlocks unlimited stamps, albums and Smart Scans, all Stamp Studio styles, HD export and CSV export. It is offered as:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless they are cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices are shown in your local currency before purchase.
If you bought Stamporia Premium or a style pack in an earlier version of the app, you keep full access to Stamporia Premium. Stamp credits are no longer needed, as Stamp Studio exports are unlimited.
Refund requests should be directed to Apple through the App Store, as all transactions are processed by Apple.
You agree to use Stamporia only for lawful purposes. You may not use the app to create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
The Stamporia app, including its design, stamp styles, animations, and code, is the intellectual property of A.E.K. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its components.
Stamporia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Smart Scan results are suggestions and may be inaccurate; please check the details. Estimated values are entered by you and are not appraisals. We are not responsible for any loss of data; we recommend keeping iCloud sync enabled or exporting your collection regularly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A.E.K. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Stamporia.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
